Alaskan Cruises
By far, an Alaskan Cruise is the most popular of all cruises. Cruising is also the easiest way to visit Alaska. This page is dedicated to helping you pick the best Alaskan Cruise for your lifestyle, budget and cruise duration. Itineraries can include whale-watching tours, kayak tours, zip-line trips and fishing charters. Be sure to check out some of the Southeast cities and substitute an overnight stay in town. This will give you even more chance to sight-see.

We have provided links to the major cruise lines that serve Alaska but if you want to try something new, cruise on the Alaska Marine Highway System. Six of the Alaska Marine Highway System ferries run from Bellingham to Skagway and provide tours of Southeast Alaska communities.  One of the favorites a five-city, 13-day tour aboard the Columbia.

Two companies that do a great job in making customized land tours to compliment the cruise itself are Alaska Cruises and Vacations and Cruise Holidays of Anchorage. Get first-hand advice on what to do and where to do it from Alaskans that have actually participated in their recommendations.  Alaska Tour and Travel specialize in tours, transportation and lodging at such destinations as Denali National Park, Talkeenta and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park.
